Just a heads up, this is not my first blog. For those who follow this page, you might remember that back in 2020, I started writing about healing and overcoming trauma even before The Healing Journey was published. After the birth of my youngest child in 2021, I had to take a break from blogging due to perinatal and postpartum depression, as well as some family issues related to one of our children. With a lot happening, I decided to focus solely on writing and finishing The Healing Journey: A Guide To Healing & My Personal Stories of Hurting to Healing.

That was definitely the best decision I have made – I really needed a break. Taking a moment to reflect on yourself and your life goals is crucial because if you don’t, life can overwhelm you completely – and that’s exactly what was happening to me. Life had a tight grip on me and I needed a wake-up call. A lot has occurred in the last three years. I have published three books since then. Following The Healing Journey, I released a mindset guide to help women transition from stagnation to success. Additionally, I published a shadow workbook titled Embracing the Shadows. Lastly, my latest book, Trusting God In The Storm, is now available for purchase (I highly recommend getting it today)! Over the last three years my life has been a rollercoaster of good and bad times. It’s hard to believe, but I had a close encounter with death that still shocks me… Don’t worry, Trusting God In Storm will fill you in on all that transpired the last three years! Moving forward, I will be concentrating on the present and delivering the same excellent blogs as I used to. I hope my long-time followers come across this blog, and I extend a warm welcome to all newcomers. I appreciate anyone who offers their support to me.
